Week 5: 
In the first week, Mr. Zeon giving us a briefing on MIB. Mr. Zeon also told us do not put his PPT slides in our blog, so I'll just wrote a summary of the lectures but no embed his slide in my blog.

For the first task, we have to create out our draft proposal for Mobile Application Proposal. We are required to do some research on some company applications, and choose three applications that we think that having UI/UX problems and can have improvements on it.


Week 6: 
This week’s lecture covered UCD process. 

We have been told a more detailed requirement of Project 1, we must only choose one company app to move on, and follow the Week 2 slides to include extra required components. The final proposal will determine if the app concept should move to the next development stage.


Week 3: Usability 
This week’s lecture highlighted the importance of usability in app design. 


PROJECT 1: MOBILE APPLICATION PROPOSAL

Week 5: Draft Proposal

Instruction:
  • Researching various applications. 
  • Choose three company apps that you believe could benefit from enhancements in their design. 
  • Your objective is to identify all existing drawbacks and propose potential solutions. (It can be any apps)
  • Please attached company information, capture screenshots of all pages on each company application design and compile them onto individual slides. 
  • For subsequent slides, focus on specific areas within the screenshots that you believe could be improved on their user interface design and user experience. 
  • Accompany each analysis with the rationale behind the identified issues and propose suitable solutions.
Requirement:
You are tasked with generating a concise report outlining your discoveries, which will be showcased via slides and presented for feedback during Week 2.

Company Selection Criteria:
  1. Avoid well-known brands you commonly use, such as GRAB, Starbucks, GSC, TGV, etc.
  2. Ensure the company has more than 100 reviews for their app on the Play Store.
  3. The app has more than 10 different pages.
