REFLECTION

Experience
At first, I thought the typography course was just about learning how to design fonts, but after a 14-week course, I discovered that typography is actually not simple.  A simple poster also requires many details to be conceived, such as font selection, size, layout, etc.  Although the process is not simple, it is also quite interesting.  I also learned a lot of new knowledge in these 14 weeks that I had never been exposed to before.
      Observations
Since I started learning typography, when I walked on the street, I started to pay attention to the typography of various posters and advertisements.  I started by analyzing the layout of an advertisement and learning various techniques from it.  Advertising and existence are indispensable in our lives, and typography is also one of the main elements of advertising.

      Findings
Typography is not only the arrangement of letters, but also the arrangement of words. Typography is a powerful design element that determines how we absorb information. Typography has a huge impact on readability, emotional communication, and overall visual communication. The choice of font, size and spacing affects the viewer's perception. Thoughtful typography decisions are important in a variety of environments, from print to digital media.
